Still here...

Ok, so my project 365 was a big, fat fail. I may try again sometime, but that's a strictly we'll see. We have been busy since last Spring, and I really can't believe I let this get away from me for this long, but sometimes blogger doesn't load my pictures, I get frustrated, then avoid the whole thing for months at a time. I'll see how long it takes me to get this whole thing up to speed. Anyway, let's start our stroll down memory lane 2011. These are some pics I took around our place and were taken early last Spring.

Project 365 - April 25-May 1

I got every day except for May 1. I'm not sure why I didn't take a pic, but I remember that the day was cloudy and cold, so inspiration is sometimes hard to find.

April 25 - Lilac Buds. It's almost time.

April 26 - Another gray April day. We had too many of those.

April 27 - New shoes. :)

April 28 - The time I set my alarm clock to get up for the Royal Wedding.

April 29 - Beautiful Spring morning. Finally.

April 30 - Finally fixing up our upstairs.

Sofia's Preschool Program

How is it possible that my little girl is already finished with her first year of preschool? Holy it went by fast! On Monday of this week, they had a preschool program with a graduation for all the kids. It was such a cute program even though Sofia decided that jumping off the steps and rolling around on the floor was more fun than singing with everybody else. *Sigh* Oh well, she had fun. She so enjoyed going to school, always asking when she could go again. Thankfully, right now she's attending Nursery School for 2 weeks so she doesn't go into complete withdrawal. But, I know she'll be happy when she can go back again next fall. She so loved her teacher and all of her classmates! Thank you Mrs. Enderson for everything you do!

Easter Egg Hunt

The day before Easter, St. Arnold's hosted an Easter egg hunt at the MACC for kids. It was supposed to be at the park, but the weather wasn't cooperating like usual. They had different sections set up for different age groups. And each section had a ton of eggs. Sofia probably grabbed around 8 to 10 eggs, so she did pretty well. She didn't win one of the bigger prizes. But once I saw they were huge chocolate bunnies, I was ok with it. We had a chocolate bunny that hung around for 2 years, so we didn't need to keep another one. Sofia had a good time, and a big thanks to St. Arnold's for putting it on.
