Project 365 - April 4-10

Thought I'd try something. It's called Project 365 where I'll take a picture a day for a year. I'm not sure if I'll find something new every day to take a picture of, but I'm going to give it the old college try. Here's my first week.

Springtime!

I think after a particularly long winter, Spring is finally here. I love Spring, with the snow melting, warmer days, sunshine. Unfortunately Spring also brings with it some things I really don't like, mud (lots of it), flooding, the garbage that shows its face once the snow melts. Yuck! But, I guess to get to the good, sometimes you have to wade through the bad...literally. Here are some pics I've taken that show the seedy underbelly of Spring. Hopefully soon I'll be posting pics of lilacs, green grass, leaves on the trees. But until that time, this is what you get. :)

Just some more pics from February. These were taken on Super Bowl Sunday. While we were making snacks in the kitchen before the game, Lee noticed the deer out in the yard. I didn't want to run outside and take a pic because they would have run off. So, the pics are taken through the window.
